Credit Advise 120‑Day Guarantee
Credit Advise programs are designed to help consumers dispute questionable negative or erroneous information on their credit reports through education, AI technology-assisted tools, and dispute support.
Because meaningful credit improvement requires time and consistent participation, all Credit Advise programs include a minimum 120-day service commitment period.
Clients enrolling in a Credit Advise program agree to remain actively enrolled for the first 120 days of service. During this period, clients must maintain active participation in the program and remain in good standing with their account.
Credit Advise programs are structured as 12-month memberships with automatic renewal, subject to the cancellation provisions outlined below.
Cancellation Policy
Credit Advise maintains a no-refund policy. All program fees are non-refundable due to immediate access to our software, platforms, AI tools and technology. All program fees are considered earned once the consumer has been granted access and/or usage of the Credit Advise platform; regardless of success.
However, clients may cancel their agreement under the following conditions.
Clients may request cancellation only during the cancellation window between Day 121 and Day 127 following the date of their first successful payment that activated the account.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within this seven (7) day window. Requests received before Day 121 or after Day 127 will not be eligible for cancellation until the end of the 12-month term.
In the event that the subscriber chooses to cancel within the window, Credit Advise does not guarantee reentry into our programs.
Conditions for Cancellation Eligibility
To qualify for cancellation during the Day 121–127 window, clients must meet all of the following conditions:
The account must remain active and in good standing for the full 120-day participation period.
All program payments must be made on time and in full without fail.
The client must not have created or caused any new derogatory items to be added to their credit report after enrollment.
The client must have provided all required identity verification and onboarding documentation requested by Credit Advise.
The client must not have missed payments, initiated chargebacks, or otherwise violated the service agreement.
If these conditions are met, the client may cancel the program during the eligible cancellation window.
After the Cancellation Window
If a cancellation request is not submitted between Day 121 and Day 127, the agreement will continue for the remainder of the 12-month program term and automatically renew thereafter unless cancelled according to the renewal terms outlined in the service agreement.
